Last month, The Ohio State University Center for Real Estate hosted its most recent installment of the Fireside Chat Series in New York City, bringing together students, alumni, and industry professionals for an in-depth discussion on learning from failure. ? Our panelists shared their perspectives on resilience, leadership through crises, and the strategic decisions that shape industries during periods of transformation. The discussion provided valuable insights on assessing setbacks, mitigating risk, and adapting in the face of market volatility. ? An Update from the Center for Real Estate: Passing the Torch? ? After two and a half years of leading the rebuilding efforts of the Center, our Executive Director - Donald D. Sheets - will transition from the role on April 30, 2025.
