Experiencing Viognier - Hot or Cold?! Attendees had the opportunity to learn from OSU Food Science and Technology Dr. Elizabeth Tomasino, food scientist at Oregon State University and a leading expert in wine sensory analysis. With her expertise in flavor chemistry, Dr. Tomasino guided attendees through the fascinating science of Viognier. It was an engaging, eye-opening exploration of how temperature and other factors influence our experience of this unique wine.
