The MINDSET Lab at Ohio State University is conducting a health survey for the Buckeye Concussion Knowledge Survey (BUCKS) study. All OSU varsity athlete alumni, whether or not they had a concussion, can participate. We are specifically recruiting alumni (not currently active Ohio State athletes). TO PARTICIPATE NOW, CLICK ON "LEARN MORE" or the website link below. The survey is online and takes 20 minutes. Your input will help improve athlete safety and well-being.
