There is brand loyalty. And then there is Kwik Trip loyalty… My wife’s twin sister works in the corporate office at KT, and any time I share that information with someone the response is the same. “I LOVE Kwik Trip! I will go completely out of my way in order to stop at a Kwik Trip” It took me a while to understand what made KT such a different experience compared to other convenience stores. But I think I figured it out. It’s appreciation. The employees at Kwik Trip seem to know that you and I have plenty of options, and they don’t take it for granted when we choose to shop with them. They appreciate that choice. Every single time. Which begs the question. Am I showing enough appreciation for the people who are choosing me every day?
