We are pleased to announce Lisa Resnick has joined Osprey as a Managing Director focusing on new business origination and underwriting for commercial real estate investments throughout the Southeast. Lisa has spent 30 years in Florida commercial real estate lending, with deep experience in underwriting, portfolio management, and loan origination with almost $2 billion in production over her career. Lisa was a Group Head and Managing Director for CIBC Bank USA in 2022-2023, responsible for a new expansion office in Tampa for CRE lending. Prior to CIBC, she was a Senior Vice President at Truist (formerly BB&T) from 2009-2022. She also held positions within the Tampa CRE lending teams at KeyBank and First Union. Lisa is a double Gator with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and an MBA from the University of Florida.?
