We are developing businesses utilizing the oldest food tech technology, fermentation. Our goal is to create products that allow people worldwide to enjoy Japan's proud fermentation culture, "koji", without being restricted by food culture or lifestyle choices. Centered around Oryzae sweetener (fermented sugar from rice koji), we aim to increase smiles through the deliciousness of koji and propose sustainable solutions that leave a beautiful Earth for future children through the potential of koji.
