A bunion...that keeps coming back? ??

Here is one for DisasterPlasty Conference! 62 year old female who had been wheelchair bound for > 1 year, presented with history of pathologic fracture of acetabulum secondary to renal cell carcinoma. She had prior Harrington reconstruction performed at outside hospital, presenting with loose acetabular components and air ball femoral stem. We utilized custom pelvic implant, intra-op CT and proximal femur replacement for reconstruction. She is currently in remission form her cancer and now ambulating without pain!
