The ORS offers a variety of Community Networks that are designed to provide ORS members of different backgrounds, career levels, and areas of interest with a chance to connect, share experiences, and form life-long friendships and collaborations. Community Networks are available for: The ORS Asian Leadership Forum (ALF) gathers new generations of researchers, including Asians, Pacific Islanders, and their allies, to promote research and leadership excellence. The Black Orthopaedic Research Network (BORN) promotes the careers of Black Orthopaedic Researchers, builds collaboration and community, and provides mentors for early career scientists. The Foot and Ankle Community Network fosters communication and collaboration amongst ORS foot and ankle researchers. The ORS Junior Faculty Network is a community network for senior-level post-docs and junior faculty making the transition from trainee to PI. Pride @ ORS is a community network for LGBTQIA+-identifying individuals and allies with a primary goal of promoting acceptance, inclusivity, and visibility for individuals in the ORS. The Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) Community Network advances understanding and treatment of temporomandibular joint disorders through collaborative research, education, and advocacy. Congratulations to our Orthopaedic research teams and Bethel Musculoskeletal Research Center?(BMRC) labs, who displayed their work at this year's?Orthopaedic Research Society PSRS International Spine Research Symposium, held November 10–14, 2024, in Skytop, Pennsylvania. The PSRS is?a biennial symposium, bringing together spine researchers from around the world. We had a strong team representing Pitt/UPMC Orthopaedics at this year's gathering, including Peng Feng, Chris Gonzalez, Harsha Nagar, Ryan Lin, Marissa Mansour, Valerio Tonelli Enrico and Kareem Zein.
