???Youth voices for a just green transition!? ? Over the last year, we’ve invited eight young changemakers to share their perspectives on how we can contribute to a renewable energy transition that’s just and puts people and nature at the very centre. After a year of discussions, learnings, and sharing inspiration and concerns, the youth panel met up with our CEO, Mads Nipper, to shape concrete recommendations for actions that will help guide us on the path forward.? ? “We can't simply replace fossil fuels; in learning from past mistakes, we must transform our energy systems to be equitable and inclusive. This is at the heart of a just transition,” say Simra and Hsiang-Yu, two of the panelists.? ? The youth panel will publish their insights and recommendations early next year, so stay tuned as we work?with the next generation to turn these recommendations into impactful actions. Hello, Arizona! We’re pleased to welcome the Eleven Mile Solar Center to our portfolio of operational projects, our first in the US state of Arizona. This combined solar farm and battery energy storage system has the capacity to produce enough renewable energy to power 65,000 US homes and store up to 1,200 MWh of power. ?
