Today we recognize International Women’s Day by honoring our three most recent OMA presidents, Dr. Marianne Parshley, Dr. Amy Hinrichs, and Dr. Heidi Beery. Each stepped forward to lead the OMA through a?pandemic, healthcare workforce shortage, healthcare financing and access barriers, and clinician burnout. These presidents have led with dedication and vision to guide the OMA through a?challenging environment. The OMA celebrates all women who choose to devote themselves to their profession, their patients, and a world where everyone is valued. #IWD2025
