Job Title: Court Case Management System Administrator and Power BI Report Writer Location: Orleans Parish Criminal District Court Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Court Case Management System Administrator with experience in creating and managing Power BI reports. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the Court Case Management System (CCMS), ensuring smooth and efficient operation for all users. The role will also involve designing and generating custom reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights and data visualizations for stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience in administering court case management systems or similar enterprise software. Expertise in Power BI, with a strong understanding of creating interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations. Experience with SQL or other data querying tools to extract, analyze, and manipulate data. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of legal and judicial processes is a plus. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in a user-friendly manner. Must possess a positive attitude, embrace a team approach, be conscientious, demonstrate compassion and understanding, in addition to being self-motivated and possess the ability to work independently. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with CCMS systems (e.g., Tyler Technologies, JustWare, Odyssey, etc.). Experience with data integration tools and techniques.
