    SMS marketing is about to change big time thanks to RCS messaging If you’re unfamiliar, RCS = Rich Communication Services = waaaaay more than just text. And it’s going to change how we message customers. The limitations of SMS (character counts, boring plain text, can't tell if someone opened it) are basically ancient history with RCS.     The future of email marketing is headed in two fascinating directions (according to Kolby Yarnell). First - we're seeing brands stack multiple ML and AI tools together - Orita (that's us!) for audience segmentation, High Touch for decisioning, and tools like Just Words AI (https://www.justwords.ai/) for creative versioning. Second, we're now writing emails FOR AI, not just using AI to write emails. With Apple Intelligence summarizing messages, marketers need to think about "What's my alt text?" and "What's my preheader?" because we're essentially giving instructions to AI about what to surface to humans.     Listen to this take from Peyton Fox on how to unlock more LTV for your email subscribers: Move toward being HYPER targeted and segmented. Even as your email list grows and you’re sending more and more campaigns. Dynamic blocks or show-hide features are a great place to start. (Dynamic segmentation from Orita is even better ??)
