Hi Everyone :) We are hiring for Production Executive (To be based at Vietnam) Key Responsibilities: *Develop production plans and schedules based on confirmed orders and plan orders to ensure meeting customer delivery. Forward planning is important to ensure raw material availability especially long lead time material. *Plan raw material and packaging material according to production forecast and confirmed orders received. Issue purchase requisition and obtain approval for material purchase. *Manpower planning and ensure production personnel availability for production activities to be carried out according to production plan. *Manage daily production activities, including equipment setup, raw material transfer from warehouse, production line performance, and workflow optimization. *Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. Identify and resolve production issues, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. *Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and efficient production practices. *Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of production personnel, including line operators, technicians, and supervisors. *Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to employees to enhance their skills and ensure high-quality output. *Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement among the production team. *Manage and control cost and expenses for production utensils, utilities, repair maintenance and consumable items. *Monitor and analyze production data and performance metrics (efficiency, productivity and yield) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. *Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) throughout the production process. *Conduct regular inspections to verify adherence to quality and safety protocols. *Identify opportunities for process optimization, waste reduction, and cost savings within the production operations. *Manage inventory for raw material, packaging material and consumable items to ensure availability for production, manage finished goods inventory to ensure availability for delivery. *Keeping record for all material transactions including batch code & receiving date to ensure inventory accuracy and traceability. *Communicate to local authorities as and when necessary to ensure compliance to local authorities’ requirement and regulation. PREFFERED SKILLS *Experience working on ERP system *Able to work on shop floor *Knowledge about machinery and facilities *Possess strong leadership qualities, good interpersonal skills, communication skills, initiative and able to work independently. *Knowledge in process flow & process control *Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team. #hiringalert #hiringopportunity
