Estamos en búsqueda de un/a Encargado de tienda, checa esta increíble oportunidad acá ???? RESPONSABILIDADES -Asegurar que las mesas estén limpias, bien dispuestas y listas para los clientes; ayudar a limpiar y reponer mesas según sea necesario. -Responder a las solicitudes de los clientes. -Asistir en la capacitación de nuevos miembros del personal compartiendo mejores prácticas y procedimientos de la tienda. -Ayudar a monitorear los niveles de stock de suministros e informar cualquier escasez o problema a la gerencia. -Abordar quejas o problemas de los clientes de manera rápida y profesional, buscando resolverlos a satisfacción del cliente. HABILIDADES Y CUALIFICACIONES -Alfabetización informática y familiaridad con diversos programas informáticos como MS Office (específicamente Excel) y Google Workspace. -Capacidad para transmitir información de manera clara y escuchar activamente a clientes y compa?eros de equipo. -Mentalidad colaborativa, trabajando bien con otros para asegurar operaciones fluidas. -Capaz de manejar múltiples tareas simultáneamente mientras mantiene un alto nivel de servicio. -Experiencia en manejo de efectivo y procesamiento de pagos de manera precisa. -Preferiblemente, experiencia en un rol de restaurante o servicio al cliente. Requisito educativo básico; educación adicional en hospitalidad es un plus. Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios nocturnos, fines de semana y días festivos según sea necesario.
