I’m excited to experience all of the great innovation being unveiled at the HR Technology Conference & Exposition this week! Here’s a curated list of product announcements: https://lnkd.in/gghE4iRp. It’s an exciting time to be alive, and I’m optimistic about the meaningful transformation emerging technologies will drive across organizations.
Let me know if you will be attending the conference; I’d love to connect in person!
OrgAcuity will be at both #7730Z, so please stop by and say hello. Someone from our team would love to show you our Relational Experience Platform? — the platform making advanced people analytics accessible to all organizations.
A bit of context about OrgAcuity… I’ve led people analytics teams at 6 companies over the past decade, and I’ve observed firsthand what a game-changer this can be for organizations. I’ve often thought about how much better the world would be if every organization had access to advanced people analytics capabilities. Helping people and organizations thrive is a cause I’m excited to wake up and tackle every day.
OrgAcuity was built to do exactly this: to make advanced people analytics accessible to all organizations. We’ve built a highly differentiated solution to a set of perennial challenges facing organizations across every industry, geography, company type and size:
1. Traditional HR dashboards, filled with lagging metrics, overwhelm users and force them into the undesired role of an “analyst.” People need an easier way to identify what they should focus on. AI chatbots don’t solve this problem, as these assume people know what questions to ask — but people don’t know what they don’t know.
2. HR isn’t resourced to drive change at scale and guide every manager through specific actions for emerging opportunities. Conventional top-down action planning approaches are rigid and slow and rarely help the people best positioned to drive meaningful change (e.g., front-line managers).
3. Advanced people analytics capabilities are out of reach for the majority of organizations around the world — especially small and midsize companies. Most do not have the budget to build internal people analytics teams or purchase best-in-class enterprise SaaS platforms. Yet, these organizations face competitive disadvantages and financial risks due to undetected issues.
