关于我们
The Oregon Wine Board is a semi-independent Oregon state agency managing marketing, research and education initiatives that support and advance the Oregon wine and wine grape industry. The Board works on behalf of all Oregon wineries and independent growers throughout the state's diverse winegrowing regions. The Oregon wine grape and wine industry contributes more than $3.3 billion in economic activity to the state economy each year, including more than 17,000 wine-related jobs and $527 million in wages. All wines come from someplace, but the best wines can only come from an extraordinary place. Oregon is a world-class wine region with 18 approved winegrowing regions and more than 800 wineries producing 100 varieties of grapes. Come visit to see and taste for yourself what the wine writers and restaurateurs are rhapsodizing about. Oregon's vintners are waiting. When Oregon's wine pioneers looked out across the state's varied landscape they saw what others didn't; a perfect place for wine. They were right. Today, the suitability of Oregon for great wine is unquestioned. There's a home in Oregon for any wine grape, from Arneis to Zinfandel. If you were a wine grape, you'd want to be planted in Oregon. If you are a wine lover, you'll want to visit Oregon and seek out our world class wines where ever you are.

Congratulations to Bill Stoller, owner of Stoller Wine Group, for being awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2025 Oregon Wine Symposium. Bill has been a transformative force in the Oregon wine industry for over 35 years. His journey began on his family’s farm, now home to Stoller Family Estate, where he envisioned creating a lasting legacy for the land and community. Through early investments in Ridgecrest Vineyards and then Chehalem, Bill understood the potential of Oregon to rival the world’s best wine regions and has continuously championed Oregon wines on the global stage. Traveling to renowned wine regions across the world, Bill has expanded networks and strengthened appreciation for the quality and sustainability of Oregon wines. His leadership is rooted in a commitment to sustainability, earning certifications such as LIVE, Salmon Safe, and B Corp, and establishing the world’s first LEED Gold-certified winery. Earlier this year, Bill received the prestigious Diploma of Honor from the Fédération Internationale des Confréries Bachiques, recognizing his exceptional contributions to the wine world. Bill’s ethos—authenticity, accessibility, and reverence for the land—guides Stoller Wine Group’s efforts to create a 200-year legacy through sustainable viticulture and community support in an ecosystem where tradition meets innovation. His contributions continue to inspire and elevate Oregon’s standing in the global wine community. Thanks to the Wine Industry Network, WineBusiness Monthly, and the Stoller Family Estate for sharing more broadly!
