There is still time to register for the Oregon Tour & Travel Alliance Spring Meeting being held Monday, March 11 from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm at the Salem Convention Center. Our special guests are: Catherine Prather, President of the National Tour Association (NTA), Brooke Coulter, Director of Sales for NTA, and Michael Fuller with IGLTA. This meeting is being held right before the Governor's Conference on Tourism and is a separate registration. You do not need to be attending the Gov. Con. to attend this meeting. Our dear friend and long-time industry supporter, Royce Mason, and his business RPS Events were devastated by a large warehouse fire. While no one was injured, the loss of this business will be felt throughout Portland, the PNW, and the US. The professional events, travel, and business community will also be devastated by the loss of this stalwart business. ? Last evening was filled with excitement as our friends in the #tourismindustry tossed the ring to win a bottle. The "tink tink" sound of the rings bouncing off bottles could be heard amongst the laughter throughout the night. Special thanks to DoubleTree By Hilton Portland for being greats hosts and Just Rum Distillery in Sandy Oregon for the great Oregon made Rum.
