OHS currently has more then 680 felines in our care, and every day our team is fielding requests from local shelters, rescue groups, and the public asking for help. To encourage adoptions of cats and kittens, we are reducing cat and kitten adoption fees by 50% this weekend, July 26-28. Breaking mews! Starting tomorrow, June 1, Oregon Humane Society is adjusting our adoptions process to walk-in only. Animals in our Behavior Modification program will still only be seen by appointment. We are hoping that this change back to the pre-pandemic process will mean that more animals, like Edgar here, find homes a lot more quickly. P.S. In addition to being the *most* handsome, Edgar walks nicely on leash, takes treats super gently, and is an all-around certified Very Good Boy.
