Empowering Public Services with Agile & Human-Centered Design Last week, I had the privilege of presenting to the Oregon Agile Community of Practice on a topic that fuels my passion: leveraging Agile and Human-Centered Design (HCD) to transform public services. While I’ve been reflecting?on these ideas for several years, it was the first time that I’ve shared some of these perspectives. ?? Key Insight: By embracing iterative solutions and centering our work around real people, we can align public services with the evolving needs of our communities, making government more responsive and equitable. HCD in Action: ? Civilla's Project Re:form truly underscores the transformational power of design and the importance of storytelling.
