ORCAOR and its partners are gearing up for another productive legislative session in 2025, and focusing on building on last years success by continuing to improve laws related to Organized Retail Crime (ORC) and targeting more funding. Thank you, ORCAOR Law Enforcement President and Detective Clackamas County Sheriff's Office Michael Zacher, ORCAOR Retail President and Field Investigator Jeremy Girard, ORC Task Force DDA Multnomah County District Attorney's Office Theresa Turner, Springfield Police Department Seargent Kyle Potter, and Eagle Point Police Dept Chief Jim Hamilton for supporting and testifying in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee on Senate Bill 960, which would provide $10 Million in funding.
