Almost 6,000 purpose-built student rooms have been completed in Glasgow in the past 10 years, according to BBC Scotland. Great as a company to have been involved in so many of these student accommodation projects, including the 36-storey Ard building for Watkin Jones Group, which will be Scotland's second tallest building. There was a fantastic turnout yesterday at the public consultation event for the proposed redevelopment of the Keiller Centre in Dundee. The plans propose turning it into a mixed-use development, comprising a mix of new student homes, commercial space, and public realm. The building owners, Dundee 1881 Ltd, were able to share visualisations of the centre, speak with the public and receive valuable feedback on the project.
