Even quality control needs quality control. You'll save your #facilities team so many headaches by spot-checking your QC process. And it doesn't have to be a huge time commitment. These checks might look like: ? Taking a glance at your quality dashboard every day to see how the big picture looks at a glance. ?? Pulling up a few random inspections once a week to review things like GPS location and inspection duration. ???? Reviewing the Inspector Leaderboard report in OrangeQC with your inspectors during their quarterly check-ins to get aligned. Your inspection data is only as good as your inspections, so make sure they're getting done correctly. After all, you rely on that data to tell you what's going well (and what's not).

Is your cleaning service provider this transparent? ?? One of the SOPs we implemented during our first CIMS Audit in 2012. The Triple Match Supply Order System. What does this mean? Whenever we order supplies to one of our customers accounts, they know exactly what they got and how much it cost. How do we do this? We keep the the order, the packing slip, and the invoice together on file. Why is this important? If a customer ever has doubts or sees a discrepancy we can pull all records and share it with them immediately. Why is this valuable? Supplies might seem like a low ticket line item, compared to labour. But it's an easy place for your cleaning service provider to pad their pockets. Does your cleaning service provider show you their receipts upon request?
