It’s rare when our entire team can come together, but we recently had the chance to gather at OGB headquarters in Cincinnati, OH, for a week of in-person collaboration, great food, and even a curling adventure (let’s just say the Olympics aren’t calling us anytime soon)! These moments go beyond just catching up—they’re about building stronger connections, improving communication, and working together in ways that are hard to replicate over Zoom. Brainstorming, problem-solving, and simply spending time face-to-face remind us of the power of teamwork. Of course, it’s not all about work.
