Nature & Nurture is a mental health facility located in Irvine, CA. We offer DBT oriented Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) for adolescents and adults struggling with mood disorders, eating disorders, and dual diagnosis. The Programs are conducted in a group therapy setting, individual and family therapy. It can serve as a step up for those needing more than individual therapy or transitioning from a higher level of care . The focus of the groups are on building healthy coping skills to regulate emotions, improving interpersonal relationship and become mindful with self.
