Have you ever felt like you were running around at full speed for a season yet not moving closer to any of your goals? You are not alone. According to McKinsey & Company, over 50% of individuals currently feel unproductive. Another 82% of employees say happiness and engagement are key drivers of productivity according to Slack. Productivity is different from feeling busy. Busyness means doing as much as you can without actually getting closer to any goals that are of meaning to you. Productivity means getting closer to your goals by focusing only on high payoff activities.
