Last week, I had the opportunity to accompany David Lamont on a client visit to Gregorys Coffee in NYC ?? Witnessing the baristas utilizing our Opus Training library to prepare for their seasonal menu items was so cool to see in action. The managers here also supervise their trainees through our manager app to ensure proper deadlines for new hire trainings. The experience was not only educational to hear their feedback but also so fun- especially with the exceptional quality of coffee served. ????
