We’re proud to have worked together on transforming their VSOPs into real shares—a huge step forward for their team. This change is all about making employee ownership fairer and more rewarding. What does this mean for their team? ??Lower taxes: Exit proceeds are now taxed as capital gains, not income. ??No dry income taxation: Taxes only come at the exit, not before. ??More benefits for employees: Bigger rewards where it matters—after taxes.     CFO-guide til warrantprogrammer i Danmark ???????? ?? Skat Overvej beskatning af modtager. Udgangspunktet er indkomstbeskatning (op til ca. 56 %) p? udnyttelsestidspunktet (ligningslovens § 28). 7P forbedrer udgangspunktet ved at realisationsbeskatte (27/42 %) ved afst?else af aktier. 7P kan bruges for medarbejdere inkl. direktionen, men ikke for bestyrelse, advisors og eksterne konsulenter. 7P kr?ver opfyldelse af en r?kke kriterier, herunder v?rdians?ttelse af selve warrants (Black-Scholes/ligningsr?dets formel) og en aftale med modtager. Ved § 28 har selskabet fradrag for warrants p? udnyttelsestidspunktet + omkostninger. Ved 7P er der kun fradrag for omkostninger. ??
