Optimists Without Borders USA, Inc. (OWB USA) is formed as the local US branch / daughter association (though autonomous) of “Optimists without Borders International”. OWB USA, Inc. is a public charity under the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 501 (c) (3). Donors can deduct contributions made under IRC section 170. Please contact us for membership.
