Our Stewardship Committee hosted a donation drive where we collected items to support patients bravely battling cancer, their caregivers, and the medical staff at Novant Health Cancer Institute. ?? We filled 24 gift bags with snacks, socks, gift cards, and more. In addition to collecting donations, the committee set up a card-writing station to allow Optima employees to send notes of encouragement along with the gift bags. These thoughtful gifts were shared in hopes of reminding the patients that the team at Optima Engineering is cheering them on as they fight cancer. Impacting our local community is more than a catchphrase - it is a driving force for our team. This project was inspired not only by the heroes in our local community but also by the family members of our employees who are currently undergoing treatment for cancer.

We're thrilled to announce the completion of the Relias Content & Recording Studio in Morrisville with CBRE, Gensler, Optima Engineering, Eligator Acoustic Associates, and Relias. This 5,790-square foot project transformed shell space into a cutting-edge podcasting and film set designed to optimize healthcare training content creation including: ?? State-of-the-art podcasting and recording studios, editing offices, and green rooms ?? Sophisticated acoustic treatments to mitigate sound in the space and improve aesthetics ??? Specialized electrical, insulation, and baffling techniques for top notch soundproofing ?? Professional-grade equipment including microphones, cameras, sound gear, and recording software ?
