?? Employee Spotlight: Franck DELAVAQUERIE ? We’re excited to introduce Franck Delavaquerie, President of Molten Solutions EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) and President of AFFIVAL SAS in France. ? Franck joined Affival in 2011 and became a part of Opta Group in 2019, bringing with him extensive experience across process industries such as automotive, chemicals, copper, and pulp & paper. His background in both operational and executive roles within international organizations has been instrumental in shaping and implementing Opta Group’s strategy in the region. ? At work, Franck finds the most excitement in developing people, driving business growth, and delivering results—especially in challenging markets and tough situations. ? Most recently, he and his team successfully commissioned a greenfield project in Manisa, Türkiye, expanding Opta Group’s reach in the steel and adjacent markets. Always looking ahead, Franck is leading new development initiatives—both greenfield and strategic—to further strengthen our presence in the region. ? Outside of work, Franck is an avid runner, golfer, and trekker. Two years ago, he completed the Way of Saint James (Camino de Santiago) in Spain with one of his three children, and last year, he climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania—a true testament to his adventurous spirit! ?
