Proven track record in 3PL business development, including pallet in/out, case picking, eCommerce fulfillment, and more. 3. Expertise in industries like food & beverage, dry goods, and general commodities. 4. Self-motivated with a high bias for action. 5. Strong negotiation skills & a results-driven mindset.

Envisioning, forming, and growing Crimson Consultant Group alongside Andrew Knoedler, Ashlee Newton, Toby Tobin, Beata Ordinartseva, Justin Li, and Alexis Wyant has been one of my most fruitful experiences at Loyola Marymount University. The level of leadership and teamwork we share has helped us set the bar high for one another’s careers in how leaders can collaborate, be persistent, and achieve. The depth of CCG’s work also wouldn’t be possible without our great support role members across the four divisions Connor Hilbert, Vama Shah, William S. Takahashi, Bradley Kalmar, Minh Duc, Callia X., Ava Degelman, Armaan Jhangiani, Mitchell Cootauco, Pranav Bollineni, and Riley S.. My mission has generally been to create value for the world. For CCG in particular we have designed it to be a vehicle to create value by bringing together diverse ambitious students eager to grow, form teams around an objective or problem, push each other to think critically, and partner with our clients to deliver pro-bono quality recommendations on how they can achieve their goals. In the process clients receive fresh perspectives and students gain a depth of insight into industries and leading organizations strategically. After their CCG experience, our organization encourages and supports members to pursue their careers passionately not only finding opportunities but creating them for themselves and others. Whether they find themselves starting their own company, running a non-profit, working in government, or joining the smallest/largest company; they will be leaders making an impact. The realization I had through this experience and the combination of many others has been that everyone has their “vehicle” or methods of creating different forms of value in their own beautiful way. It can take many different forms, an occupation, club, university, company, project, etc. So it is important to pursue nurturing our own forms while protecting others' forms as well. It has been a great year filled with important lessons that have been providing us the building blocks to continue forming and cementing our character. Congratulations to all of our new members that participated in their first case project this semester and to our returning members providing invaluable leadership.
