Organization for Peace, Relief and Development-OPRD is non-profit, non-political and non-governmental organization that was founded in August 15, 2010 by a group of South Sudanese who felt the need to respond to the deteriorating situation of the South Sudan people.OPRD has its main office in Juba the capital City of the Republic of South Sudan, with field offices in Kapoeta South, Lopa Lafon, Kapoeta East counties of the greater Kapoeta State. OPRD scope of operation are humanitarian based. OPRD main programme thematic areas are; Food Security and livelihoods, Health/WASH, Peace building, Education, Protection, and Climate change interventions.
