Who benefits from affordable housing? It's working families like Megan, Mia and Martin who work full time jobs--but it's not enough to pay rent and house their families. It's disabled people like Phil, who is visually impaired, and David, who suffered a debilitating stroke. Alvin's knees are so painful, he can't work. Disability is their only income. Miguel overstayed his welcome while couch surfing before coming to Opportunity House. Paula will move back into her Jeep when Eckert House closes for the season. Oversee diverse programs including our learning centers, shelter & permanent housing programs, thrift store and recycling operations. ? Manage large-scale property development projects from start to finish. ? Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For: ?? Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. ?? 5+ years managing a team of 20-50 employees. ?? 10-15 years of experience in managing programs of varying sizes. ?? Preferred knowledge of supportive and transitional housing best practices, HUD policies, and government-funded housing programs. ??Preferred knowledge of child development practices, DHS, Keystone Stars, and Pre-K Counts regulations. ??
