Acting Director Rob Shriver met with local Pittsburgh Federal Executive Board (FEB) Federal Executive Boards: Eastern Region leadership to discuss what federal agencies are navigating on the ground. The Pittsburgh FEB serves federal Agencies throughout the Pittsburgh metropolitan areas and Allegheny County, which comprise of approximately 22,400 federal employees. Acting Director Rob Shriver recently met with Detroit's Federal Executive Board (FEB), Federal Executive Boards: Central Region, to hear and discuss workforce trends, highlights, and challenges the federal workforce are experiencing in the Southeastern Michigan area. He also joined to welcome and swear in the Board's incoming Chair Mike Polsinelli and Vice Chair Nick Welter. With the vast majority of the federal workforce - 85% - outside of the DC beltway, Acting Director Shriver emphasized the importance of FEBs as cornerstones of strategic partnership between agencies across the federal government and engagement with the American people.
