Are you losing clients due to these reputation mistakes? Your online presence can make or break your ability to attract new clients. I recently conducted a reputation audit for a tax accountant, and the results were eye-opening. Watch the full breakdown in my latest video to see: 1) No chat widget: Missed opportunities = fewer leads 2) Inaccurate business listings: Hurting Google rankings 3) No review response strategy: Lowering customer trust 4) SEO gaps: Making it harder to be found online If your firm isn’t getting enough leads, these issues might be the reason. Watch the video now to see how to fix them! https://lnkd.in/gWUhkupv Want a FREE reputation audit for your business? If you are sick of watching profitable cutting-edge trends pass you by because your marketing agency doesn't see them or doesn't want to act on them, it's time to switch marketing agencies to one that does: "...we had one client who was willing to let us introduce a massive change to their forms in order to test our UX theory. This was deployed on 2/12, and within 24 hours, traffic was up, and the site was winning again." It can be scary to try something so new and untested, but when you work with an agency who is as thorough and data-driven as Opichi, the risks are worth the rewards.

Unannounced Google UX-focused SEO Update We all know that Google's core algorithm updates can be real earthquakes. Several times a year, one of these earthquakes occurs, and someone's bound to lose a house. (Looking at you, HouseFresh ?? ) However, if you are watching closely enough, you'll catch "tremors." Often, they precede the core algorithm update. These tremors are often dismissed as "Google Dancing." However, if you look closely during the dance, you can often find signals that indicate where Google is going. At the end of January, we kept seeing some of these "search tremors." We've been digging into the data and kept seeing that the sites which were demoted, had a different funnel than the ones being promoted. For example, page 1 might have 8 plumbers, Yelp and Angies. But the top 3 had a nearly identical form fill process, and the site being demoted required an extra step in their form fill. With that in mind, we had one client who was willing to let us introduce a massive change to their forms in order to test our UX theory. This was deployed on 2/12, and within 24 hours, traffic was up, and the site was winning again. I'm still testing, so not a lot of information to divulge. However, it might be good to really dig into your UX experience compared to your competitors. (Got a site on a downtrend? Reach out. Happy to dig in.)

Reading the buzz on LinkedIn, everyone's personal bias of #Ai basically boils down to: ?? How effectively they're using it ?? (more importantly) Programming it That's it. ->If they're not trained to interact with or direct Ai (read: it frustrates them)- they hate it. ->If they know how to make it do what they want (read: it benefits them) - they love it! You know who ?? their #AiEmployee? Our clients. They love their #AIEmployee because it’s not just a tool—it’s a workhorse that: ? Answers chats & texts ? Books appointments ? Responds to reviews ? Analyzes financials, ad performance & competitors ? Delivers real insights to drive better business decisions A poorly trained #artificialintelligence employee doesn't do you or anyone else any good. But a well-trained Ai employee? It’s got your back. Because you trained it to ?? Get your own Ai sidekick: https://lnkd.in/gXAkN3xC #AiSales #aiTools #machinelearning #FutureofWork #Ai2025 #StarWars

ChatGPT sucks at explaining things. Have you ever asked ChatGPT to explain something, only to get back an answer that feels condescending, overcomplicated, or just plain wrong? The trick to better responses is to use standardized levels of understanding to clarify your instructions. For example: > Ask it to explain a concept to an 8th grader to simplify complex ideas. > Still too complicated, wordy, or skipping steps? Try a 5th or 6th grade level. > For advanced topics with informed consumers? Bump it up to 10th or 12th grade levels. This method works wonders for creating content like marketing guides, training materials, and presentations that are easy to understand and engaging. Have you tried something like this to get better results from ChatGPT? Let me know in the comments!
