They don’t just help us to place ourselves in our clients’ shoes while having fun together, but also are the cornerstone of how we interact with each other internally. Whenever any of us think of the time when my keyboard was SO LOUD during a coworking session that it showed up as an extra participant on our meeting recording…. ?? it makes us laugh so much! Why? Because it was the perfect encapsulation of how fun and lighthearted our culture is and how much we enjoy working and hanging out together as a team. ?? Isn’t it all in the daily small things?
