Mental chatter is an agent of survival… In this, our mind can be our best friend ... but it can also be our worst enemy Unfortunately, we can't just rip out this important survival wiring but we can tame, manage and turn the volume down on it. When we do, we experience greater happiness, peak performance, better relationships and health. ? This year will be a year of great change, and a lot of change that is unfamiliar to most of us. This is more than getting an new ERP system or swapping out some features and functionality in applications.? ? This may be about wholesale industry, political, economic and structural changes in our country.? ? Humans will have very human reactions to this change and going into this without a level of mental fitness will make dealing with these changes more painful and difficult.?And addressing these stressors will require more than surface-level solutions. ?
