?? Culinary Therapy: Good for the Body, Better for the Soul ?? While Operation BBQ Relief's disaster response team provides meals across Fl, NC, and TN, OBR's mission supporting heroes and their families doesn't stop. This weekend we will welcome siblings of fallen military heroes from Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors to Camp OBR for culinary therapy, connection and outdoor experiences. This one-of-a-kind experience led by the OBR team and celebrity chef and pitmaster, Matt Groark of Groark Boys BBQ, will guide participants in culinary therapy, a practice that nourishes the body and the soul. At Camp OBR, we believe that cooking can be a path to healing, offering creativity, connection, and empowerment. Whether grilling or preparing simple meals, culinary therapy fosters community and purpose, reminding participants that food is more than fuel—it's a way to restore and connect.
