Sashi then joined Fintech company Symphony?as a founding member, where she led their Americas region, including sales and execution teams, and later managed Global Client Strategy & Partnerships, eventually relocating to London. Recognizing emerging market trends, she joined the world-renowned crypto exchange Coinbase?to build out their institutional account management organization and business. Over half of Sashi’s career has been dedicated to building institutional relationships with global decision-makers in the investment management and banking community.? Her unique experience, global positions and extensive network across investors, institutions, market makers, and tech partners, has enabled her to bridge her TradFi knowledge with Fintech technical and solutions-driven approaches to catalyze business acceleration and growth.? Sashi later relocated to Lisbon, acknowledging its growing Fintech and crypto ecosystem, where she serves as an advisor to Nova School of Business and Economics and its Web3 Creators Collective. She founded Xama LLC, a consulting and advisory firm focused on bringing her expertise and GTM planning knowledge to the Fintech ecosystem aiming to bridge market opportunities in Blockchain, Web3 and FinServ Technology globally.? Welcome to Jason Yoon-Hendricks to OPCO Advisory . Jason brings over 25 years of fintech business development and product management experience to the team. Jason began his career on the NYMEX floor and later worked with vendors and brokers in NYC, contributing to the early expansion of electronic trading in U.S. equities markets. He is also a startup founder, with experience in both bootstrapped and funded ventures. Over half of his career has focused on delivering capital markets solutions to leading buy-side and sell-side firms in Asia. As an early employee of TLW Securities (acquired by SLK as part of its REDI expansion strategy), Jason went on to lead the electronic trading team in Tokyo for Goldman Sachs. He later relocated to Hong Kong to manage the post-spin-out REDI Asia business (ultimately acquired by Thomson Reuters). He then helped expand that business as part of the London Stock Exchange Group. Over the past 10+ years, Jason has provided expertise in tech product and business management, sales and trading, and marketing and communications to Asia-based firms, both large and small. After working on Wall Street and in Silicon Valley for the last fifteen years, Jess brings a unique perspective on traditional finance, fintech, and the startup world. Early in her career, Jess covered top institutional clients as an equity sales trader at Goldman Sachs before joining Symphony as a foundational member of the GTM team. She later scaled digital payments at Apple and managed data access infrastructure and industry relationships at Plaid. More recently, Jess led the partnerships function as a member of the revenue leadership team at Oyster?, a leading global HR tech platform. Today, Jess lends her expertise in developing company strategy, partnerships, international leadership, commercial engagements, and product development. She has multidimensional experience working with various stakeholders, including management teams, investors, partners, clients, and vendors across three VC-backed SaaS unicorns. He began his career as a trader on the Chicago Board of Trade and the Coffee, Sugar, & Cocoa Exchange, eventually becoming a proprietary trader focused on US equities.? As the financial markets transitioned to electronic trading, Patrick pivoted to the FinTech sector, where he became a partner at TradingScreen, managing their business operations in the Americas. He later joined risk-space FinTech firm Mantara before moving to Nasdaq.
