What an incredible webinar with Torc and Randstad breaking down the acquisition and what it means for the future of work. I had 3 major takeaways: 1: Companies need to think BIG. Michael Morris used the example of GE and offshoring. It's not enough to think small, embracing the future workforce is an investment, not just a procurement approval. 2: The biggest challenge to enterprise adoption isn't tech, it's change management (check out our Human Cloud workforce development offering ??) 3: The future is platform centric. Andreessen said "software is eating the world"...in the case of talent its "platforms are eating the world". Graig Paglieri said it perfectly, the future of Talent and Workforce Development is "platform at the center", and Michael Morris gave a hint of why when he said "a platform doesn't care about location, it cares about the virtual capabilities.
