A rising tide lifts all ships, especially in e-commerce. Acquirers want to see that the market you’re playing in is growing rapidly. Usually, this shows up in the form of affordable customer acquisition costs (CACs) that allow you to be profitable on a customer’s first purchase. ?? You’ve taken steps to make your business turnkey for a new owner. Acquirers want to be able to jump into the driver’s seat seamlessly. That means you’ve streamlined your marketing operations, partnered with a third-party logistics partner (3PL), and have strong documentation on how to get your product into customers’ hands (e.g., product development workflows, supplier contacts, order processing manuals, quality control guidelines). ??You’ve financed your business responsibly.
