Wanted to share a great example of phenomenal customer service. During a recent business and family trip to the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, Arizona, we were surprised and delighted to receive a handwritten card, cookies, and other thoughtful goodies—all the way from the Fairmont Pacific Rim in Vancouver. I frequent both hotels often, but this gesture from a property 1,200 miles away in another country left a lasting impression. The fact that they took the time to find out where I was and make this effort speaks volumes about their commitment to creating memorable guest experiences. This small gesture had a big impact and only deepened my brand loyalty. A wonderful reminder of the power of personalization and attention to detail. Lots to learn from this!
