?? Exciting News! We're extending the deadline for session proposals and travel stipend requests for SRCCON 2025! ?? Our team is at NICAR, and recognizing that many potential SRCCON session leaders and attendees are also here engaging with the conference, we want to give folks the weekend to submit their brilliant ideas! The new deadline is now Monday, March 10th at 5 p.m. ET. We're seeing fantastic session proposals come in already, so keep them coming. Remember if you see something interesting or are presenting at NICAR, you can continue or build upon those sessions at SRCCON 2025! #SRCCON #NICAR25

We know professional development dollars are getting harder to come by. OpenNews supports folks who want to attend SRCCON 2025 through travel and caretaking stipends, an accessible host city and venue in Minneapolis, "no questions asked" scholarship tickets and a tiered pricing structure for orgs of different sizes. But stipend applications close this week! Fill out the call for participation by March 7 to apply. Session proposals are also due on Friday.
