The largest industry growth the OpenADR Alliance has seen in recent years has been driven by integration of #EV charging infrastructure as a grid resource. Recognizing this, Ford Motor Company has become a member of the OpenADR Board, and is now leading the formation of ChargeScape, a consortium including BMW Manufacturing Co., LLC, Honda and Nissan Motor Corporation. A key technical element of the partnership is the Open Vehicle Grid Integration Platform (OVGIP) of which the OpenADR standard is an integral part.
