To enhance security and prevent ticket fraud, we have implemented a new policy for all ticket purchases. Once your payment is completed and your tickets are issued, you’ll notice a message on the ticket barcode that reads: “Your ticket will only be available from 16/03/2025 at 09:30.” This means that tickets will only become viewable a few hours before the gates open. This policy helps to safeguard against counterfeit and duplicate tickets. Once your tickets are made available, you will have several convenient ways to access them: Download your tickets for offline access. Show the digital ticket at the gate by clicking on it within your confirmation email and swiping left to view individual tickets. Add your tickets to Google Wallet for easy access at the stadium. Transfer tickets to a friend—your friend can simply bring the digital ticket on their phone, no need for a printout.
