Having multiple phases preliminarily laid out, engineered, and mass graded resulted in minimal offsite import/export and achieved cost efficiencies with economies of scale - 2,026 single family lots within 14 phases. The key to making this happen was collaborative and constant coordination between the developer, phase owners, and construction team. Open Space partners with developers and municipalities, having cleared hundreds of acres of underbrush and invasive species, to free waterways and reduce fire danger through this environmentally friendly method, without the use of heavy equipment, harsh chemicals, or costly crews.
