PRIME - WHAT AN INCREDIBLE AUDIENCE I'HAD! Today, at the premises of SNCF - DTIPG, I had a visit from the FP3-IAM4RAIL Steering Committee. Although I have nothing to hide (my code will be open-source), I have to admit that I was a little intimidated... If I hadn't been a robot, I'd have been red-faced! Our discussions were very interesting. I look forward to seeing you all again a little later... for the final demonstration at the end of 2025 or at Innotrans 2026? Want to make a difference in the world of robotics? This Giving Tuesday, please consider supporting the Open Source Robotics Foundation (OSRF) and its mission to create a free and open future for robotics! ?? You can directly impact the future of robotics by helping fund: ?? Our software infrastructure costs ?? Improved ROS and Gazebo documentation ?? Educational programs like the Diversity Scholars Program Every contribution, big or small, helps the OSRF empower the global robotics community. Plus, many employers offer donation matching – double your impact! ?? To donate once or monthly, and designate your donation to a particular project, please visit the link below: ?? https://lnkd.in/gXqGCpn8

Did you catch Deanna Hood, MSc's ROSCon 2024 keynote titled "Saving lives sooner: leveraging ROS 2 for end-stage kidney disease? The team at Vexev just announced their first feasibility?study in the US! Congratulations to the entire Vexev team! https://lnkd.in/gGYiTBta
Vexev and U.S. Renal Care Kidney Research are thrilled to announce enrollment of the first subject in the #CANSCAN trial -https://lnkd.in/gi3gs3Qj?. This groundbreaking multisite study evaluates the feasibility of semi-automated robotic tomographic ultrasound (RTU) imaging, utilizing the Vexev Ultrasound Imaging System, to optimize the creation and preservation of permanent vascular access for patients on hemodialysis. At Vexev, our mission is clear: transforming the lives of millions affected by chronic kidney disease. Partnering with U.S. Renal Care Kidney Research team on this landmark study brings us one step closer to making this vision a reality.
