Just wrapped up an incredibly productive week in Riyadh at the FII, where discussions on the future of tech and innovation were beyond inspiring. Highlights included hearing from visionaries like my former boss and partner Masa on his predictions on AI and Elon Musk on the impact of government regulation on innovation. Their insights are a testament to the dynamic landscape we’re all navigating and the #infinitehorizons ahead.?I also shared the stage with Hani Enaya, Antonio Gracias, Robert F. Smith, Julie Sweet and Dan Schulman to discuss how embracing AI is essential to growth, for every industry, company and function. I was proud to have had the whole team together— from Bicycle Capital, Open Opportunity Fund, Brightstar Capital Partners, and eB Capital. We had invaluable conversations with partners, peers, and new connections on where we see innovation headed as investors. Riyadh and Saudi Arabia left a strong impression – the infrastructure, cleanliness, and forward-thinking advancements are setting a new standard.
