Last summer, with the incredible support of the Arizona Department of Housing and the Arizona Diamondbacks, we opened our first transitional housing program “The Diamond”. Special thanks to Bob's Discount Furniture for helping to furnish the units. ?? Today, we are thrilled to share that "The Diamond" is at full capacity! Currently, 11 individuals and families, including 14 children, call "The Diamond" home. Among them: ?? 30% are youth transitioning out of the foster care system ?? 50% are actively receiving behavioral health services Our mission is to provide more than just shelter—we’re committed to empowering our residents with the support and resources they need to rebuild their lives. ??
