LOOK A LITTLE CLOSER... the picture is not flipped from the original. It's an Officer at an Op6 range-qualification. They are required to shoot and qualify with their strong hand, as well as their weak hand. The state of Texas requires commissioned (armed) Security Officers to qualify once-every-two-years. Op6 requires qualification TWICE-PER-YEAR, which is twice as much as the current law-enforcement requirement. Why should this matter to you, as a client? The last thing you want to do is to inherit a liability. The last thing we want to do is to provide one. Liability is reduced through TRAINING. And "minimum" standards just don't work for us.
